Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Peralta Bourbon
- 1 oz sweet Vermouth (or semi-sweet for a drier cocktail)
- Campari (an Italian bitter)
Simply mix the three ingredients in a cocktail stirrer, and blend for 15 seconds.
Strain into a low-ball glass with a large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange peel.
A twist on the traditional bourbon with a few specialty grains to create chocolate & spice notes.
