A traditional Potstill-style whiskey, made with 100% unmalted locally-grown purple barley. Aged 2 years in new charred oak, it's creamy smooth and has honey & apricot on the nose, with notes of leather, tobacco, & white pepper on the palate. Bottled at cask strength (120.8proof).
